Hotels [edit]

There are two hotels in Funafuti (all located near the airport), as well as several private guesthouses. All accommodation options are cheap, but very basic. So feel free to choose the most expensive hotel.

Other Tuvalu islands has no hotels. But you can always find a room.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Fiji international airport (NAN). Next fly to Funafuti airport (FUN).

There is a boat connection (without any schedule) between the islands of Tuvalu. So most of the tourists choose the capital Funafuti island and the nearby motu's.

When to go [edit]

The best time to visit Tuvalu islands is a dry season from April to September. However, the dry season is also rainy.
