Sao Miguel island

Sao Miguel is the most popular island in the Azores. There are no many good beaches. But you can easily find a place to sunbathe and swim in the sea anywhere on the coast. The best time for a holiday on Sao Miguel island is a summer half of the year. Please note, that sea water is warmed to a relatively comfortable temperature only in August and September.
