Ponza is an island located a little to the south of Rome in Italy. There are mostly mountains, so

How to get there [edit]
Fly to Rome airports of
Fiumicino (FCO) or
Ciampino (CIA). Take a train to
Anzio,
Terracina,
Formia or to Naples, and next get to Ponza island by ferry or by
hydrofoils / aliscafo. There is a bus service around the island, or you may take boat tours.
When to go [edit]
The best time for a beach holiday in the island of Ponza is a warm season from July to September.
