Padar island
Ultimate guide (December 2024)
Padar is a small island located to the southeast of Komodo Island in Indonesia. In most cases, it is visited as a combined boat tour including the major island of Komodo. Pink Sand Beach is the main local attraction. It is also considered to be good idea to walk 800 steps up the hill at 5 am - to meet the sunrise. The place is usually crowded with tourists during the high season. Probably, it is worth to skip this island in order to spend more time on Komodo Island. Shore and seabed: stones, sand.
