Noonu Atoll
Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Noonu is an atoll in the north of Maldives. This is the usual typical Maldives with good
beaches, but unfortunately not outstanding in all respects. The landscapes are beautiful, but some other atolls are even more beautiful. Diving, snorkeling and fishing are good, but still not the best. There is some isolation and seclusion. But even central atolls have many islands, that are also quite secluded. Hotels' fares are the same as everywhere in Maldives, while transportation costs are very expensive in most cases. Shore and seabed: sand, stones.

Maldives international airport (MLE). Then take a seaplane - from US$500 to US$1000 for the round trip - depending on the hotel. There is also public speedboat to some local islands - up to US$300 for the round trip.
