Morro de Sao Paulo is a popular beach destination near the town of Salvador da Bahia in Brazil. Technically this is an island, but it is separated from the mainland by the river only. It has
different beaches for every taste: with palms or surrounded by cliffs, crowded or secluded, with sandy bottom or with stony natural pools. Definitely, this is not a World's top spot, but it's just superb by the Brazilian standards! Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
