Jazirat Al Hallaniyyah island

Jazirat Al Hallaniyyah is an island in the south of Oman. The only settlement is located in the west, as well as a small airport. The main beach is in the northwest of the island. However, sandy beaches can be found everywhere. When traveling around the island, you should take enough water and food, since there are no shops. How to get there [edit]

Fly to Muscat International Airport (MCT) or fly to Salalah International Airport (SLL). Next get by bus or hire a taxi.

You should always ask your hotel in advance about all possible transportation options to get to the island.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in Salalah is spring and autumn. Summer and winter are also good enough, but sea water is cooler. In winter - because it is winter, and in summer - because there are a lot of clouds in the sky.
