How to get there [edit]

Fly to Male International Airport (MLE). Next hire a taxi (10$) or take a bus. Bus service is cheap and runs few times per hour, but you need some local money to pay for it.

There is cheap and frequent ferry service between Hulhumale and Male islands. Two main piers are located in the airport and in the west coast of the island in a residential area.

Useful information [edit]

There are many inexpensive (but delicious) cafes and restaurants in the beach area. There are also some shops on the island, but choice of goods is very poor.
