Fregate island

Fregate is a private island located to the east of Mahe Island, Seychelles. The island is beautiful and has reasonable size. It is small enough to feel, that you are on an island. But on the other hand, it is big enough to have space to walk and to explore. There are several good beaches. But swimming is not possible most of time due to strong waves and dangerous currents. Fregate Island Private is a 5-star hotel with villas starting from US$5000 per night. It is totally overpriced for what they offer. However, exclusive location worth it. In addition, property is really upscale.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Seychelles international airport (SEZ). Next get by the resorts's speedboat or helicopter - depending on your choice.

When to go [edit]

Feel free to travel to Seychelles any time of year. The nature is more beautiful in the rainy season from October to April. While the dry season will give you more sunny days.
