How to get there [edit]

Fly to Djerba international airport (DJE). Next hire a taxi. It is also possible to get to Djerba island by bus from the mainland. But you should better try to avoid this route.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a beach holiday in Djerba island is a warm period from June to October. The rest of the year sea water is very cold, and it is also rainy. As for the winter, it is too cold even for sunbathing.
