Curieuse island

Curieuse is a small islet near the north coast of Praslin Island in the Seychelles. Daily tours are possible only. There are many nice beaches. However, these are quite ordinary by the Seychelles standards. There is also a large colony of giant turtles (under human supervision). In addition, tour usually includes a walk through the mangroves and walk over scenic hiking trails. Tour is 25 euros for the boat only or 90 euros for BBQ tour. Additional mandatory fee of 20 euros is charged for entrance to the island. All prices are given per person. Shore and seabed: sand, rocks. [edit]

Hotels [edit]

There are no hotels in Curieuse Island, while camping is prohibited. However, there are many hotels on the neighboring Praslin island starting from US$100 per night.

Fly to Seychelles international airport (SEZ). Next get by ferry or by plane to Praslin island.

When to go [edit]

Feel free to travel to Seychelles any time of year. The nature is more beautiful in the rainy season from October to April. While the dry season will give you more sunny days.
