Cousine island

Cousine is a small island resort located near the major Praslin island in Seychelles. The beach is very good, but still quite ordinary by Seychelles standards. On the other hand, there is a great exclusive hotel with limited amount of guests. In addition, the island has perfect hiking with good trails over the hills. So walking in the jungle is more comfortable here, if compared with Mahe or Praslin. Shore and seabed: sand, stones. [edit]

Cousine Island Seychelles Resort is a luxury 5-star property with rooms' fares starting from US$1000 per night. This is a good hotel in all respects. Though minor problems can still be found. Helicopter transfer from Mahe Island is recommended. Since seasick is common here, when one travel on speedboat in the open ocean. But if you travel from the neighboring Praslin island, feel free to get by boat.

Fly to Seychelles international airport (SEZ). Next get by ferry or by plane to Praslin island.

When to go [edit]

Feel free to travel to Seychelles any time of year. The nature is more beautiful in the rainy season from October to April. While the dry season will give you more sunny days.
