The Free Beach Guide
Wild dingo dogs can be often met in Fraser island. Sometimes they are very aggressive. You should always travel in a group, and never walk alone. If you are attacked, defend yourself in the most aggressive way. Unfortunately, Fraser's dingoes often runs in a large group, so even a strong man can hardly do anything. If you stay in a campsite, don't leave food inside a tent, as the dingo feel the smell of food and may try to steal it. Instead, it is recommended to leave food in your car or hang it up in a container in a place inaccessible for dingoes.
