Babeldaob island

Ultimate guide (November 2024)
Babeldaob is the largest island in Palau. The country's main international airport is also located here. Unfortunately, there are just a few good beaches. So most of tourists visit only the neighboring Koror - accessible by the bridge. In addition, since the island is very big, it is better to rent a car. Tourism amenities are very limited. Even an ATM is available in Koror Island only. Shore and seabed: sand, stones. [edit]
This island ranks #6 of the "Best islands in Palau"
Rating: 8.1 - 31 votes [vote]
Coordinates: 7.517375, 134.579332

Hotels [edit]

In the hotels of Babeldaob island, rooms' fares start from US$150 per night. Average price tag is not cheaper, if compare with the neighboring island of Koror. So it makes sence to choose a hotel in Koror.

How to get there [edit]

Fly to Palau international airport (ROR). Next take a taxi or get by bus.

When to go [edit]
